  Love Papa Murphy's pizza in general, but this location has the worst customer service ever. I don't think we have gone one time with no issue. Between getting an order wrong when I was the only customer and ordering in store, to being over charged and them not knowing how to reverse the charge. This last time was the worst. I called in an order and they said it would be aprox 15 mins for it to be ready. When we got there the girl said she took our order but didn't write it down and proceeded to try to remember it. I was going to call my husband to confirm our order and they took the next person in line and then told me I would have to wait at least 30 mins because there was other people in front of me now. There are at least 3 other major pizza place with in just a few minutes of this place. I recommend saving your self the headache and go somewhere else with better service.

  My aunt ordered on line so we could have the pizza picked by the time we got there. When my cousin and I went to get it he was on the phone with my aunt and he told them it was ordered online and the name she said "we couldn't find it " my aunt got there and told them "I ordered pizzas but apparently my nephew was told you couldn't find it? " Told he rthe name and she said "oh .....(my aunt's name)" went and got it. So my pizza was ready the whole time? And she said he must have forgot to say it was ordered online. Which he did say we said we will be filling a complaint and she said okay cool? WTF?

  Agreed that this location was a bit of a mess about a year and a half ago, but the owners hired a new manager that has cleaned up both the consistency issues and the service issues. It's good Pizza at a fair price when compared to the two other Pizza joints in town.
